Privacy for the family sign-in preview

This private site uses Google sign-in to check your identity and email against the site admin's invitation list. It stores your Google account identifier, email, membership state and session records. It does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or your Google contacts.

Approved members can see the email addresses of other approved family members. The site admin can see invited and pending members and approve or disable membership. Your Google account identifier is not shown in that directory.

Session cookies keep you signed in for up to 12 hours. Session tokens are stored as hashes. Membership records are kept in private server storage on Render. Google processes sign-in according to its own privacy policy. The site does not use advertising or analytics. The admin can see the latest 2,000 activity events, including sign-in, explicit sign-out, registration and membership changes, with email and UTC time. Closing a tab is not a sign-out. Older events are removed as this limit is reached.

Tesla sign-in, vehicle data, car commands and guest links are disabled in this preview. Before those features are enabled, this policy and the permission screens will explain the information and access involved. No car access is granted by joining the site.

Contact the site admin at elirubinnj@gmail.com to request correction or deletion of your membership record. Disabling membership ends site access; it does not by itself erase stored records. This preview has no self-service deletion tool.
